Conference
Default Options for Leaders
You,
as the Leader, can set all your own conference default options
for your calls. Before a conference begins you can choose to
custom design certain key features, detailed below. Your
custom feature choices will apply to the current and all
future conferences that you conduct.
Participant
Entry / Exit Announcements
Select
recorded names, tones or silence to announce the entry and
exit of all participants.
Quick
Start
Allow
your participants to initiate a conference before you arrive.
Consider this option carefully, as it permits others to incur
charges on your Reservationless-Plus account without your
active participation.
Auto
Conference Continuation
Specify
if you'd like to give your participants the option of
remaining in the conference after you (as the Leader) have
disconnected.
Roll
Call
Specify
if you'd like your participants to be able to play a private
roll call during the conference (audible only to the
participant who requests this).
